Line Cook	3	America	The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of all grilled, deep-fried, cold pantry, and sautéed items, in addition to all breakfast orders. He/She is also responsible for proper plate presentation of all assigned station items. The Line Cook works in a high-volume area preparing a wide variety of items. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures, and within the framework and intent of Ark Las Vegas standards.
Pastry Cook III	1	Bakery	This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures, and within the framework and intent of Ark Las Vegas standards.
Server	1	Broadway Burger Bar	The primary responsibility of the Food Server is to provide prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests. The food server position requires the individual to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff and co-workers. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures, and within the framework and intent of Ark Las Vegas standards.
Catering Sales Manager	1	Catering & Sales	The Catering Sales Manager is a highly motivated team player with a track record in event management, food and beverage knowledge, and sales. Polished written, verbal, and computer skills, to include Daylight, Meeting Matrix, and Microsoft Office. Detailed and strong organizational skills to facilitate superior communication with company team to ensure excellence. Engaging personality with guests and working partners.
Host	1	Gallagher's	The primary responsibility of the Host/Hostess is to seat guests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner, ensuring equal distribution of customers among servers. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and the expressed intent of Ark Las Vegas standards.
Busser	1	Gallagher's	The Busser is responsible for overall preparation of condiments, food delivery and presentation of food items. Ensure prompt cleaning and resetting of tables according to specifications.
Bartender	1	Gallagher's	The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of beverage as well as food to our guests. The Bartender position requires individual to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and co-workers. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures and within the framework and intent of ARK Las Vegas standards.

Cocktail Server	1	V Bar	The primary responsibility of the Cocktail Server is to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of beverage to our guests. The Cocktail Server position requires individual to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and co-workers.
