This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures, and within the framework and intent of Ark Las Vegas standards. |

The primary responsibility of the Host/Hostess is to seat guests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner, ensuring equal distribution of customers among servers.
